Why not go with one of the forum sponsors?

forum sponsors are quite expensive... they run about $200 a kit... a cheap ebay kit does the same job really... no difference at all... im running a cheap ebay kit... havent had problems with it since... any ebay kit will do just fine. i got mine for around $70 shipped. which ever kit you decide to get, have fun and post some pictures.

XenonDepot and MobileHID are always great. Even though they might be a little more "pricey" than a typical cheap ebay kit, at least they have customer service, they answer on time, and they're knowledgeable about their product. Plus, they honor their warranties and you don't have to worry about them closing out on you.

And sorry to be a party pooper, I've just heard lots of mixed things from some people. I used to want a PnP kit, but after I spent days, weeks, and months reading up on some stuff (mostly at hidplanet), PnP kits just don't seem feasible. In all honesty, you would thank yourself if you did a retrofit, it's worth the extra $$$!

In any case, if you're still looking for a good PnP ebay kit I'm not one to preach the search button (I find it sometimes useless), but here are a few of the more "recent" threads about ebay kits/vendors:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=343991
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=354367
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=329481

And scan any thread titles that even mention 'HID' in them, you'll likely find some good info. Hope you find what you're looking for.

Forum vendors have a reputation to uphold as negative feedback on their products can be posted/discussed on this forum. I believe the customer has more "say" if anything is wrong with a product purchased from one of the vendors. One of the forum vendors even offer a 3 year warranty.

Ebay vendors don't really have a reputation to uphold. If they get enough negative feedback all they have to do is open another account. Yes most of them offer 1 year warranties, but how long will they even be around to honor them if anything happens?

This is just my opinion on this subject.
