I bought them off of ebay, the link vApor21 posted is the same guy I bought from. Took a lil under a week to get here from HK (i think). Haven't installed them yet, figure I'll do it the same day I get my HIDs.

ooo iiighttt... are you going to post pics when installed? I would be interested in checking these out
I got the Xtec 5000K kit. The light is very white with a hint of blue. No yellow at all. It doesn't look totally OEM but not too blue, I think its a good compromise. Also, the Xtec kit ballast is a lot larger than the xenondepot one but installation wasn't that bad nonetheless.
That race kit sounds very interesting. I can get high light output even at 6000K.. Definitely considering those, and $300 isn't' bad. Especially because my 94 LS doesn't have projector style headlights, and the glass has beam splitters that mess with the output..
Anybody know if those race kits actually produce 4000 lumens? Why don't they just make all HID kits 55 watts instead of 35 watts like that one? I'm assuming its becuase they would be too bright to be street legal, but I'm not sure.
I got this one: Link Takes a long time to ship out (2 wks) but its cheap. I'll post pics when its installed.
So did you get the xtec 5000 ones? Are they a universal kit or just for the bmw's. Can you post a pic of how the ballast looks inside the car, and did they just plug into the original harness or did you have todo any special wiring? Thanks.
obviously im a little biased however 2 things I would be weary of:
1) "Anybody know if those race kits actually produce 4000 lumens? Why don't they just make all HID kits 55 watts instead of 35 watts like that one? I'm assuming its becuase they would be too bright to be street legal, but I'm not sure."
Philips 4300k bulbs which are used for OEM HID applications are only rated at 3200lumens... I would find it very hard to believe that the bulbs are rated at 4000lumens.... Having said that, I have seen some websites that advertise 6000k+ bulbs at having more than 4000lumens... Buyer beware I guess.
2) Lifetime warranty - If thats not a marketing gimic I dont what know what is...
