You lose approx 20% of the light output when going from 4300k to 6000k. The 6000k Ultinon bulbs are rated at approx 20% less lumens than the 4300k bulbs.

go with the 4300, you can always tint your headlights a tinge of blue to make them 6000-ish but you can never go from 6000 to 4300.
btw- tinting the headlight is pretty cheap. the overlays for headlights can probably be had for 50 bucks or a cheap roll of blue saran wrap.
