Keep it simple. Keep it stock. Spend you money and time on other things...

I got the 4500K temp kit from PROXENON and it looks perfect with the IS projectors....I didn't want them looking too blue and have people thinking they're fake with 6000K....but I've heard some 6000K look good.

Trying to stick as close to OEM look as possible.

i'd personally go with the 8000k's, i happen to like the look of
the bulbs that are more blueish...

I would go with the 4300K. The higher the kelvin rating, the less light output you get from your HID's

You didn't say whether your most important criterion was to look cool or to see better. If "look cool" than 6000k, if "see better" then 4300k. I voted for 4300k since i both have and like the factory HIDs.

where is the 5000k? good mix of both. IMHO 6000k looks great from the housing but the outlooks sucks ***~ 4300k is bright but to me it looks like regular halogens just brighter~ 5000k is a good mix of both

6000K! it looks better but it has less light output but it's still plenty.

I believe Philips rates their 4300K bulb at 3200 lumens. Their 6000K bulb is rated at 2800 lumens. You'll lose about 12.5% of output with the Ultinons. If you look at them side by side on the same car, you'll notice a difference. If not, you probably won't.

My vote is for the ultinons. They look great and still have very adequate output.

5000k looks the same as 4300k, I was running 4300k then switched to 5000k, I also ran 1 of each in my headlights at the same time and there was no difference at all. Someone also told me the reason they make 5000k, is when 1 of your 4300k goes out, you can replace it with a 5000k so that there wouldn't be a color difference,(and not have to buy 2 4300k's) something having to do with the burn time? Not really sure how to explain it, but I hope that helps, lol

Quick Reply: get 4300k or 6000k
