ok the part that says tap to positive headlight switch...i dont understand!! Ans what part of the headlights am i soldering the other part too?? (dont know which part is the ballasts)
Honestly, i would just return the pilot harness. I really dont want you to chop off the oem plug. This would have been plug and play with the harness i was talking about
If you still want to continue,
You know for the OEM halogen lights.. The plug where you plug it into the light bulb. You'll need to somehow connect the Wire (tap to headlight switch) to the positive of that light bulb plug.
well honestly my plug got bunt up so i already cut one and i went to the dealership to pick up 3 more. i burnt out my low beams and my fogs with an aftermarket bulb and the plugs had to be replaced. Thats probably why he said go ahead and get this harness kit!

I finally got the hids installed it took me from about 4pm to about 9pm INCLUDING clean up.
It wasnt That hard the most aggravating part was the bumper removal and the inner bolts.
I did mix up some of the wires but when my fiance came to help he put me back on track and was AMAZED at how far and well i was doing! So with that i finishe up the project just as the mosquito came out!
Tomorrow i will level them and i will be ALLLLLLLLLLL DONEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
Special Thanks to mikal For taking time to help and explain things, He made it as easy as it was for me with DETAILED instructions so THANKS to you mikal and ALL the other CL Members for the Help and support.

P.s. I might need help with the leveling but im going to study the directions and see if i got it!
haha, glad everything worked out. My GF was laughing at how we were exchanging pictures of the wiring harness on aim and how we traced the wiring and labeling what goes where in different color.
Good luck with the headlight aiming. should be really easy with the instructions i showed ya.. Thats what i used when i had to level mine.
