HID Retrofit, Audi TT/BMW E36
I installed my HID retrofit last Friday. Thanks to indypwr for his write-up, lexus4jess for the required plates, and runyun for the HIDs. I'm running the complete package from an Audi TT, Bosch single-xenon projectors, Bosch ballasts, and Osram Xenarc 4100k bulbs. Here are the pics:

Your cuttoff looks wierd. Kind of like you're using one DOT US model projector and another Austrilia or JDM model projector made for left hand drive
ex its supposed to look like this ___/----___/----
vs the ___/--- ---\___ that you have there. What's going on is that people in front of you are getting blinded by the excess light in the middle because with HID projectors what goes on is that at 50-70+ feet away, the beams become unisom and instead of 2 __/--- you only have one.
That's why its important that they match up because with what you have its just a whole lot of light. To prove it, walk away from your car walking backward while facing it from the front at night with your lights on. Go out to about 100 feet and crouch down. You'll see what I mean. Get that right one (passenger) swapped out for the proper side and you'll be all good
