Piaa Super Plasma GTX no Match for 6000k

Default Piaa Super Plasma GTX no Match for 6000k

I Just installed my philips 6000k kit, they look great but they make the super plasma's in my fog's look like stock, YELLOW!!! Any body have success with a match for the 6k....

I think till this day no one here match the wedge bulbs perfectly with 6000k HID's.

and i don't think it will happen, coz' it's just too hard to pump up the power that much to meet the color of 6000k. you will melt your wires i think

I don't think so. I have a set of 6000K leds and they match REALLY well with 6000K leds. These are single leds too. I do not think power has anything to do with color. As for the fogs, I think that there is a high chance that light output would diminish because of the purple color matching. In addition the white centers will not match the white centers of the HIDs. You will end up with a ricy purple color fog.

Getting the Wedge bulbs to match 6000k is easy cuz there leds. Theres no getting a Halogen bulb to put out the same wavelength as 6000k without a coating it aint goona happen. Atleast the wedge leds are not coated. The only thing i found to match 6000k low beam is a 9006 6000k HId kit for the fogs Thats what I did.
