This has had many discussions but I want to see what people feel about color combinations. These are the options that I feel are combinations that complement well with HIDs. I am classifying the fogs and sidemarkers as halogens bulbs because not all cars can have HID in these enclosures, ie H3 fog enclosures. I wish I could have pictures but there just aren't that many pictures of these combinations available. If you guys would like to post these color combos, please feel free.

1. HIDs / yellow fogs / amber sidemarkers : This comes with the stock IS300 but is very "uneven" due to the fact that the colors are all different. Very good for a "Lexus" look.

2. HIDs / white fogs / yellow or amber sidemarkers: This color combo makes the car an even color from the front. However, I have groped the two sidemarker colors just to emphasize that sidemarkers are VERY difficult to match with HIDs and high wattage 194 wedge bulbs. Since matching wedge bulbs are very difficult, an option is to choose another color entirely.

3. HIDs / yellow fogs/ white sidemarkers: This combo gives an "even" appeal on the 'top half" of the car's front lighting. Since the HIDs are white, making the sidemarkers a matching color and having the fogs offset in front gives the fogs a "heavy" and "staggered" look.

4. HIDs / yellow fogs/ yellow sidemarkers: This color combo makes the statement that HIDs are way too powerful for any halogen lights to match. By choosing yellow for sidemarkers and fogs, these enclosures standout just as much as the HIDs.

5. HIDs / white fogs/ white sidemarkers: Although this color combo gives an "all white" appeal, it must be considered that halogens in these enclosures are NOT going to able to compete with HIDs. Although some cars are able to have HIDs in the fog enclosures, there is still the dilemma of choosing the sidemarkers, which brings you back to square one.

HID, ion crystal fogs, and amber sidemarkers. I don't think I can change the sidemarkers on an 02 ES. These can't be "cleared" like previous model years.

Although I don't have HID installed in my ES, I have upgraded halogen lighting that mimic the look of HID, and to me is pretty impressive. I also have upgraded lighting for the fogs, as you can see in the pic below.

I have The Hids yellow fog and the clear white sidemarkers people been asking how did I get this combination. plus the polarg m-4 in wedge bulb.

the blue fogs are piaas and have faded into basically stock... but for some reason in the pics it still comes up a little blueish

My choice is number 3. HID, Yellow Fog and white side marker looks the best to me.

I like the first choice on Batmobiles car more.

i would do hid, yellow fog, and yellow marker.
but the ls' headlight lense sucks, so no HIDs...
