sounds like a cool amp but does it fall under the price category i posted?.. probably not.

 

which subs do you plan on using with this amp and how many subs are you using and are you look for for spl or sq

 

i have a Kicker solobaric 15 L7 (1000W RMS at 2ohms)

and i think the SQ of the nakamichi components are good enough for my ears... so all i need is an amp that will power the sub and give it that BOOOM!! haha.

i will also be running an EPICENTER to clean out the bass..

I'd go for the MTX 1501BD. MTX makes great amplifiers (despite belief that they make horrible products - only their subwoofers fall short). The MTX 1501BD is un-regulated...so thus, the more voltage you provide, the more power the amplifier produces.

The 1501BD makes 1,000 watts at 12.5 volts and 1,500 watts at 14.4 volts.
