Are you trying to play your burned CDs in a stock SC trunk-mounted CD changer? I have a '93 and have never been able to get the unit to play burned CDs ... at all. I was told to burn the CDs as .WAV files.

Still didn't work.

I was usually able to get to track 6-7 on a burned cd before the 12 disc gave out all together.

technology is just too old to handle the new formats CDs are burned to. look into an aftermarket unit
