Default Boost Quality

First, I'll admit i do not know much about Audio Systems, so I'm here asking for advice... I want to better the quality of my audio system, i have 2 12" in. Alpine Type S Subs, hooked up to a Alpine V12 MRD-M605 - amplifier.

Anything else i can do?

do you mean bass? you would have to also let us know what kind of box you have, what you are tunned at ect... i don't know much about japanese subs or amps, so i would not be able to help much. bass has a lot to do with type of box you have and the space it is in. your question is not clear, lets us know what it is you are triying to do and in what car. be more detailed about what you will be using as head unit, stock or aftermarket.

need more info. are you talking about your door speakers or rattle coming from bass. i can't help if i don't know what you are talking about.
let me know what mods you have done to your system. if you only have the sub upgrade and everything else is still stock. if that's the case then there is not a lot you can do. what i would do is turn the sub off, turn the deck up to 85-90% and try adjusting the bass and trebble to what sounds the cleanest, then turn your subs back on. do all your bass/sub ajustments from the amp.
hope this will help, but stock has a very limited adjusting range.

I'm kinda guessing here, since like GS FONZy said I really dont understand ur question. But I think ur saying that u can feel the bass hit fine. But u can't actually hear it that well. If u have the IS in ur sig i think u have rear dash speakers. Try taking those out so the bass can get from the trunk into ur car.
