Default RF vs. JL

Custom Car Alarms is having a sale this month so I decided to walk in. They had some good deals on sealed and ported boxed JL woofers. My dilemma is should I pick up a 10" sealed or ported JL or should I get a Rockford Fosgate Punch1 10" in their ported box. I wanted an enclosed sub for a long time and finally some deals came along. I want some nice bass with decent to good hit but I don't need to win any competitions. Thanks guys.

JL for sure. ported if u want louder, but sealed if you want more cleaner.

Yes, that's what a friend told me. I thought of going for P2, heard it kicks!

P2 would be more compareable to a W1v2 just a little more output. plus they sound a lot better in ported enclosures, like pretty much EVERY new rockford woofer.

the W1v2 is going to give you better sound quality, as opposed to just boom boom from the P2
