will the stock 2is (non-ML) speakers be able to handle the JL Audio 300-4 ?
I dont think the stocks will be able to handle that amp... Also the 1000/1 will be too powerfull for 2 10" w6v2's, you might want to get 2 10 w7's, 1 12 w7, or 3 12'' w6v2's

You can do this, just go with 2 12W6V2 instead of 10's.
You can use the 300/4 temporarily to power your stocks, just don't turn the amp gain up too much.
You will also need to be concerned with how the system is wired - power, grounding, etc. - with that much power. You should have at least one capacitor as well.
ok screw the speakers in the car.. so nevermind about the 300/4... just what do i need to power the 2 "JL Audio 10W6v2".. some are saying the 1000/1 is too much.. and some are saying the 500/1 isnt enough. the 2 "12W6v2" is not an option.. thats just too much for me.

I think its fine, JL under rates their power requirements, check out at the JL's power chart, the sub can certainly handle a measly 100 watts over their RMS rating.
I'd rather slightly overpower the 12W6's then slightly under power 12W7. The 1000/1 is probably the only option as far as using a JL amp for the W6's.
BTW, the 12w6 and the 10w6 handles the exact same amount of power.
I put 800 watts to 2 W3's for about 3 years it still works like new.
