Default Need replacement key

I just bought another Lexus and need additional keys. Dealer wants $250 (key and programming), local locksmith wants $245. Has anyone used ikeyless.com ($90 for the key) and will dealer cut and program the key from somewhere else? RX400h. BTW, got 34 MPG between gas pump and office!

I replaced my gs400 with a flip out style key off Ebay for about $50 they guy cut it and everything. I just took the actual remote out the shell put it in the flip shell and was good to go.
