Default Getting a New Key... how to program?

hey everyone. i am buying a key from tami in florida at franks locksmith. i think she has one or two more left over if anyone else needs one. (my car is a 96 gs) wondering if i have to actually take it to the dealer to get it programmed. i know i probably will have to, but i want to know how much you think they will charge me. I hope not a lot . thanks

I wonder if:

Actually works.

Searched online, 1993 Lexus and earlier can't be programmed, according to one forum, but you might be able to find something.

Lawrence,

I will send you the programming instructions when I send you the key. You can do this yourself and won't need the dealership.

Take care,

Tami
