Just swapped my '06 LX for an '07 and this one won't let me bypass the Nav unit for on-the-go use. The old one allowed me to hit MENU, VOLUME, followed by pressing in the upper LH and lower LH corners 2X and hit OVER RIDE. This appears to be the same nav unit, but the screens are slightly different, so this procedure no longer works. Anyone have an answer?

 

What version is the navigation software on the new LX? After 5.1 the override went away.

 

Where do I find the version? I'm assuming it's 7.1?

 

it should say what version on the disc itself...........eject it from the player under the passenger's seat.
