Default Condensation Issue in Engine Bay

I was hoping someone may be able to please provide some feedback as to what they feel may be contributing to the issue in the posted pictures. There had been at times a few drops of water on the ground underneath the vehicle after driving, but this was in the garage today after a morning cruise. The metal lines with the water droplets on them were cool to the touch. Air conditioning was not in use if that is relevant.

A/C must have been in use otherwise how would droplets only appear on the A/C line and nothing else. I'm surprised how much there is though. Water on the garage floor is from the condenser drain tube.

Yes, It was dripping from the drain tube underneath the vehicle. I made a point of checking in the climate settings before my drive this morning that the AC was turned off.

Yes, it must have been my ineptitude and thinking the AC was off. I guess I need to learn the climate control settings a little better.

Your AC must have been on. Either that or the car keeps the compressor running even when it's switched off? but i doubt it. I live in a hot tropical country with AC running hard 365 days a year and this does happen to me quite a bit. I reported it to my dealer during service to be safe and they confirmed this is normal from AC operation

Also to note if your cooled seats were on that counts as A/C

The cooled seats were switched off. I am still unsure why the AC seems to be on constantly though. Is there something I am misunderstanding? I check in the climate settings to assure the AC is off, but it still seems to stay on, unless I turn the whole climate control system off.
Typically in my Mercedes, I have the climate control on and dial up the temp I want the cars interior to be kept at and adjust fan speed. There is a hard button for the AC which I can toggle on and off as I see fit.
In the LC, I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I am a pretty smart guy but feel out of the loop with something that should be so simple.

the AC is kind of convoluted but this is how I turn it on/off not sure if you tried that.

The LC is equipped with automatic climate control. No matter the ambiant temperature the AC always operates to condition the air and provide de-humidified, comfortable air. If the outsude humidity is high that is very normal.
