I know that Maserati uses the high end Poltrona Frau leather in their cars. How’s the leather holding up in your Gran Turismo after all these years?

My last verts were my 2013 911 Carrera and my 2008 BMW 335i (retractable hardtop). Loved them both.
These days, the lines of the coupes are more appealing to me. If only the LC verts came with the Performance/Dynamic handling package; I would have pulled the trigger on that.

BMW wanted to make me a deal on an M8 but I ordered a new LC instead and have never looked back. I hope your BMW was a better experience than mine!

I drove a new 2009 BMW 335i M-Sport 6-speed convertible for ~8 years and +80K miles. Biggest piece of crap I've ever owned! The high-pressure fuel pump (a known problem on the N54 engines) failed SEVEN times. Once the warranty was over, everything else broke. Although I loved the look of the car (silver/red leather, manual tranny), I spent more $$$ keeping it on the road than putting my kids through college

“It's holding up very well. Some slight wear on the driver's bolster but that's really about it. I was having an issue with the head unit and climate controls becoming sticky/gummy but then I replaced those about 5 years ago.”
Thanks, I was just curious. Maserati is reputed to use some of the finest full grain leather (Poltrona Frau) in the automotive industry.
Glad it has held up well for you.
