Looking for the fuse. I put a call into the dealer, but they're 200 miles away. I looked at the engine bay fuse box, but I see no A/C fuse. Or anything obviously blown. I'll check near the battery in the trunk next. Any help will be appreciated!
I was resetting my number 3 driver's door personal settings switch before this happened, if that is any clue. I use setting number 3 to move the seat back to exit.

Look in the passenger side instrument panel fuse box, there are two of them. 7.5A A/C NO.1 and 10A A/C NO.2. If everything else is working these two fuses are dedicated to the A/C system.

Thanks for the help. Both fuses look good. Someone at Lexus mentioned an A/C controller, so maybe that's gone bad and has to go back to the dealer.
Crap!
Try unplugging it again, couldn't hurt in the meantime.
Thanks again. I did, and now both sides blow cold. But the check engine light remains on. I'm going to see if Lexus will let my local Toyota dealer check that and maybe I can avoid the flat bed.
So there's oxygen sensor codes. So Lexus says everything should be fine and drivable. The codes may go away on their own within a week or so of driving. Or I can go to Auto Zone where the codes were read, and they have a $35 gizmo to read and delete the codes. My choice.
^^^^Or you can buy the "gizmo" and read and clear the codes yourself. I have two of the "gizmos" a traditional one that I keep in my truck, the other, a wireless one, is always plugged in, in my LC. That one reads to my phone. By the way the "gizmo" is called an OBD Scan Tool. IMHO, everyone who owns a car built after 1996 needs one:
