Default LC500 Recall

So I leased an LC500 about two weeks ago and the dealer contacts me about the recall that the car had. I was aware before even leasing the car from reading in the forum. So I dropped the car off on Sunday and the car is still not ready. How long does it take for the dealer to replace the fuel pump? Read on another forum members thread that they waited at the dealer for the part to be replaced. I didn't even have time to take some decent photos of the car. And like most of you can imagine the anxiety of driving the car is overwhelming.

It took about 2.5 hours to have both fuel pumps replaced. They gave me a loaner.

My LC took 2.0 hours. A loaner was offered, but I elected to sit and eat free pastries available in the customer lounge.
They hand-washed the car as well.
I anticipate the same treatment when it comes time to replace the brakes.

At this point I am just frustrated with the lack of communication with the service advisor. I had went in for the recall and to document some scratches under the front bumper that are only visible if you lay down on the ground. The person that demoed the car I figure did not have much experience driving lower sports cars and probably scraped parking it. But since it wasn't me that had done the scratches I wanted it documented for the lease return. That way they won't blame it on me. I appreciate them going an extra step and repairing the damage. But I have had cars repainted and never have I had to wait a week. What pisses me off is that I receive a text message after the service department closed for the long weekend, stating that my car was ready and can be picked up the next business day at 7:00am. And when I arrive at the dealer to pick up my car, I'm told that they had made a mistake that my car was not ready. Sorry for the rant but honestly I am passed pissed off at this point.

If this happened to me, I'd tell them to keep the ****ing car. My time isn't worthless.

My girlfriend had this happen to her more than three times on the same service visit with her Audi from Central Houston.

You should document your issues, and don't even go to the service manager, go directly to Lexus corporate

Doesn't matter if you make 8$/hour or 8k$/hr, no bodies time is worthless. What a disgusting situation. You should be livid. I'm livid for you!

At this point I just wanted to get the car back, so that I can continue to enjoy it. I guess I should of waited for my service advisor that has been helping me for the past three years to get back from vacation.

I got a notification from Lexus discussing the requirement.
I did it weeks ago.

To this day I still haven't gotten the car back. LOL. Just kidding. It took 12 days for them to resolve the fuel pump issue. Supposedly the part had shipped later than expected, which I know is BS, but like I said I just wanted to get back the car.
