TPWS sensor question....I know there is a setting in the menu to reset, and to switch sensors....but here is my question. I just got new wheels/sensors, and I programmed them with my Autel TS508, everything scanned fine, I used copy by OBD and made the new sensors programmed to the old sensor numbers. The car is not showing a tpms light but the tire pressures won't show up in the menu.
When I reset from inside the menu, or switch wheel sets, the light flashes, it says registering each tpws sensor but the light stays on and nothing happens. i've driven for 10 minutes, and 20 minutes and nothing changes.
Assumed tpms sensors are compatible, Get up to speed of 40MPH+.
Best is to get on the highway and cruise for 10mins+.
It didn’t take mine long to register on the highway.
After you put the vehicle in relearn mode, leave the vehicle on and rescan each sensor again with the tool. Then go for the drive. Might help but aftermarket sensors are not always easy
If they’re that much of a hassle to get working, it doesn’t exactly build trust in how aftermarket tire pressure sensors will perform when it actually matters.
Thank you everyone. I just did a relearn and rescan in my autel unit, these are autel sensors by the way. I'm not sure if this is what made it work but this time I tried programming via the 315mhz instead of the 433mhz. After fumbling around a bit more, I got everything to work. Thank you

Good update for future folks. Any chance you can lay out the full process, equipment used, etc? Might help future members with our niche car that lacks a lot of mainstream aftermarket support.
