Default Clicking noise when braking

2024 with about 3000 miles. I noticed yesterday when I had the music turned off and was in a crawling traffic where I had to use the brake often. The clicking is very faint from the cabin. But with opened hood, the noise is clearly heard. This reminds me of the brake actuator noise from my LS460(which I’ve sold).
Anyone having this issue? My 5k miles service is in May and I will bring this up. If this turns out to be the brake actuator issue, it’s way too early.

The car is barely driven and only came out of hibernation about a month ago. It has never seen a drop of rain!

Is it the "very familiar buzzing" from the hydraulic booster mentioned in the video?

In my video, there’s a clicking follows by the buzzing. The buzzing is from the hydraulic pump and doesn’t buzz all the time. This is okay. But the clicking everytime I step on the brake pedal, I’m not sure it’s normal. Or is this part of the brake by wire “features”? My LS460 F sport is also brake by wire and it was doing it as well. But that one has 100k miles and I’ve sold it.

Mine does the same as your video, but I can't say I have ever heard it in the cabin, altho I do always have music on, windows down, and armytrix exhaust open or some combination of those 3 things

Thanks for checking. The clicking noise is very very faint in the cabin. You have to focus on it to hear it.

There's a reason why there's windshield wipers on cars .... 😝

lol. Yes. And I did verify that they worked when I washed the car.
I have two kids with car seats including one with a rear-facing car seats. Anytime we go somewhere, it’s automatically the RX. I don’t even drive the LC to work because I need to drop one of the kids off and I take the RX for that. I had one of the them back there once or twice but what a PITA to crouch down and get them buckled. I did it once or twice and said “nope, I ain’t doing this again”. So the LC does not see a lot of usage. And I’m totally fine with that.

Makes perfect sense, friend. Not a bad thing in this case. 👍🏾
