Hello.

I'm looking for some advice before talking to a mechanic, so I don't need to end up with the noise again.

- the noise occurs randomly when I brake at low speeds (like 20~40 mph). no noise when I brake at high speed like >50mph
- the noise is very short, and doesn't last while continuing to brake: you can hear it from the attached mp3.
- the brake itself works well, don't see any issue
- it happens randomly, good day, rainy day, morning, evening...

I don't believe it is pad or drum (it has 36k miles now), as it is very momentary and random.

Any suggestion would be appreciated, thank you.

Yes, I replied to this yesterday, but it is not showing up. Plenty of threads on the subject. .Mine was random, and first started after a few years. It has been gone now for almost 2 years.
