Fair price I guess but 3 previous owners and 20k miles. Yikes! What people think when they buy it? Keep it as a collectible and turn it around for quick profit. But then realized it’s taking too long and they need the money for elsewhere?

Since USB and white/blue interior are available as color combo, the Structural blue is a blehhh to me.
I rather buy this if I want a convertible and white interior. But I rather just buy new. These wheels are much better looking! The tech in the ‘24 is worth the less aesthetically looking dash.

That price on the Sewell one is bonkers no wonder it still hasn't sold lol. I get it comes with an exrea 2 years warranty but they charged an extra $460 for the torsen LSD, performance pads and damper... All of which are already included in the bespoke package they are charging 3600 for. That car has nothing but ML audio and dark chrome in addition to the bespoke and is only 1k less than a fully loaded bespoke would be with ml, dark chrome, carbon roof, the 2k wheels, and hud. They are charging almost 6k over original msrp for what equates to just a 2 year extended warranty for that cost.

My issue with all of this is that the blue/white color combo is treated as any other option in Canada yet in the US, we can only get if we order "Bespoke"..

mmmm. Good point. The white interior in the US is a Bespoke only option.

Not sure in Canada if USB is offered as an option without Bespoke or not but for sure they can get the White interior option.

 

3 owners.. whats up wth that.

 

For me, I was the 2nd owner and only kept the car about a year. I think my 2021 already had about 6 to 8k miles on it when I purchased it in 2022.

I was told the first owner was a repeat flyer of the dealership who was a bigger guy and had trouble getting in and out of the car. noticed the leather bolsters on the seat were already worn.

I paid $2500 for new leather OEM skins to fix it.

I sold the car because the dealership called me and offered to buy it back due to demand and I even made just a bit, but plus I had just moved into a new home and could use the extra money to for some improvements I wanted to make.
insurance premium damn near went over double just for this car.
i realized i really just wanted a blue one with the white interior and took the opportunity to strike while the iron was hot to sell it at a good time for me.
It was a win win.

 

How does that work? Do you have to take the these to an upholstery place and they re-cover the seats?

 

Thr dealership had an upholstery guy come out and do it. The skins have the warmer wires attached and was not taking any chances, liability wise, on anyone else doing it given both the cost of the car and the replacement seat skins.

 

A combination of collector prices falling from covid highs and the USB/white bespoke availability in 2024 seems to be crashing the values of these structural blue cars.

As a '21 Nightfall Mica and now '24 Ultrasonic Blue (a so much better color) owner, I appreciate that they gave us a USB option on these cars. But I'm really surprised that they let you do the white interior and blue top with it. It just shows a total lack of awareness to the owners who paid extra for '21 Inspiration cars and thought they were getting something unique.

Maybe they heard from Doug Demuro that ‘24 is the one to get because the trackpad is the worst thing to ever come out in automotive industry.
