How to reset this reminder?
What was the outcome? Did it need a reset from Lexus.?
I removed the vehicle from the app and add it back in, but the app still so the Key Fob low battery. I checked the RX forum, some guy had the same problem with me. So I think it have to do with the app itself.
I got this email from Lexus today, they are still working on it.
"We apologize for the concern you are experiencing with your vehicle’s connected services. Please be advised that we have received your case and it is actively being worked on by our technical support teams. A Lexus representative will reach out once your request is resolved or if any additional information is needed. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work on this matter.
