Sure. Essentially one offs. Look at all the M3s on the starting line at an SCCA local/regional race and you'll get what I really mean here.

 

Only way I see this being possible is with a donor RCF or GSF and literally swapping every harness, ecu, etc over so everything plugs and plays and works without any issues. Someone on YouTube did it with a Chrysler 300 and used a charger hellcat as a donor and everything worked perfectly.
