Lexus IS-F convertible

From the rumor files is the long-awaited IS-F convertible. It's said to be coming in 2013, possibly this summer, and the pundits forecast an otherwise unchanged folding hardtop version of the IS-F sedan. That means at least a 5.0-liter 416-horsepower V8 engine and an 8-speed automatic transmission. The drop-top should inject more excitement into this capable if somewhat sterile sport coupe.

this isnt happening, last reports said the ISF was going to be discountinued and if they continue it they were looking at a v6 turbo. Then again there have been alot of rumors but I dont think and ISF-C is in the cards no ISF buyer wants the extra weight of a convertible...most of us hate the fact it even has a sunroof.

ISF itself is not that hot to begin with. Review has been less stellar.

If the ISF-C does come out, it reminds me of the fate of the Solara convertible.

you must have never have driven an ISF, its the best Lexus ive ever owned in fact best car. On the Lexus scheme of things ive owned:

07 IS250
11 IS350 FSPORT
04 SC430 (STILL HAVE IT)
02 RX300
95 ES300
08 ISF (STILL OWN)

The only things I dont like about the ISf are 1. Harsh ride in the pre 11 models. and 2. still a small interior compared to the c63 and CTSV.
