Check the trunk for aftermarket sub. Lift the mat if it had one they took it out and the wires cables exposed . Just need to black tape each one individually.

you wouldn't happen to have an aux cord plugged in and loose? If so it might be grounding on something which will cause a pop

Something prolly grounding loose wired or exposed wires touching grounding. I'd double check this sub wires from previous owners splicing them etc. GL

There was TSB on this in 2009. Under warranty they placed an in-line filter into the Aux port and revised the wiring harness and ensure it is not touching or grounding off on something. While this was more related to buzzing/ noise interference and not a popping sound...but still I would pull the Aux wiring harness and check the connection in the arm rest. I seriously doubt you will get warranty on this 7 years later.

TSIB L-SB-0169-09

Introduction

Some customers may notice noise in the auxiliary mode of the radio when using an MP3 player or other external audio source connected to the 12V power port of the vehicle. An improved auxiliary port and in-line filter has been developed to improve this condition. Use the repair procedure to install the new in-line filter and auxiliary port.
