It's your O2 sims: they're either bad or you were really pushing your car.
If you were beating on it, unplug the battery and the cel will go away.
If not, new sims needed!

AF is read by the AF sensors not O2. Since both banks are reading lean, may be something upstream. MAF? Vacuum leak?

By far most of the CELs threads on this forum are header related. I would look at the wiring ( can melt ) on yours as well as the O2 sims . There are a ton of threads on this topic .

bro, it's the o2 sims in the headers. get two new sims put in.
I'm not sure why somebody mentioned MAF when your code is for the sims.

Is sim referring to the simulator or the 02 sensor ?

No the 02 sensors are still there because I had to buy two new ones when I was there cuz they said they can't take the old ones out to put it in the sikky headers the 02 simulater was installed in the engine near the fuse box it was in the box right next to it . I check the simulater couple days ago and it look fine and called sikky and spoke to Justin and he told me the codes that it's throwing has nothing to do with the headers so I'm stuck trying to figure it out myself so taking it to a shop
