I would look at your air fuel extension.

Of course they didn't. The simulator or conditioner fools the sensors (both forward and aft) into reporting to the ECU that a working cat is still in place. The OP has never provided the CEL Code, that would help in the diagnosis. Everyone is shooting from the hip here.

I check the simulater couple days ago and it look fine and called sikky and spoke to Justin and he told me the codes that it's throwing has nothing to do with the headers so I'm stuck trying to figure it out myself so taking it to a shop
O2 simulators are to "simulate" that you have o2 sensors..

Did you mean you bought two o2 sensors for your borla? Maybe those have gone bad.

There are four sensors. Sounds like the wideband (primary O2) has issues. Melted wires sound very likely. SIM sounds very unlikely. SIM failure is catalyst efficiency codes.

I agree. The wires can melt with all of the heat. Just depends on how insulated they were and how hot those pipes get . Add a little time and it can create issues.

Default Thanks cel fixed

Thanks everyone for trying to help . It was the aos system and the intake pipe connection at the throttle body was loose and that's where the vacuum leak was. Good thing was something simple .
