Default Guys needs some help with alignment

I went to my regular mechanic to do my wheel alignment, and ran into an issue. They have a brand new machine, and a message came up saying that no camber adjustment are allowed. Now is it that its not Lexus doing the work or is that just how it is for that car, because its off alignment. Lexus is like oh well if he touches that it voids warranty so come and do it over with us and we can take a look at it further, now i am like looking at $300 for a wheel alignment total if i go to Lexus to do it over.
I have included the alignment results top is before and bottom is after, appreciate all the help thanks guys

Our cars don't have camber adjustments. Did you modify your suspension? If so, you'll have to live with it. As long as the toe setting is within spec, you shouldn't see abnormal tire wear. It's hard for me to make out the attached image. Looks like your camber setting is off on one side.

you have to loosen the 4 front subframe bolts and shift a millimeter or so it towards the side with the lesser camber to equal it out.. not a big deal, or just live with it..

^^ what he said. I had the same deal with my car. subframe shifted, evened out both sides, all is well. Lexus did mine for me, but it took a lot of complaining and 4 trips to the dealer.

Is this covered under the 4 yr/50k mile bumper-to-bumper warranty? Prestige Lexus (in NJ) is charging $169 for alignment, and they said a subframe adjustment would be an additional cost.

To clarify your question regarding the warranty: Per manufacturer warranty guidelines, the Lexus Basic Warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles from the vehicle’s in-service date, whichever occurs first. The only exceptions are wheel balancing and wheel alignment, which are limited to one repair during the first 12 months or 20,000 miles, whichever occurs first. If you need further information concerning this matter or assistance with maintaining your Lexus, please contact the Prestige Lexus service department at (888) 202-9876.
