Well this is my story..... I have been a member of my.is for 6 years. Since then i have owned my is300 which was modded and broke it a lot of times. In October I traded my is300 for a brand-new is350 f-sport in usb. I loved it I really did but it wasnt crazy enough for me. So I gave it to my gf and we decided it was time to get me an isf. In march I got it. Isf in black and love it. I bought it used and the reason I did was because I knew I would modify it and what's the point of buying a 64000 dollar car when I can get one used for 45000. So I started painting a few things to ease myself back into the modding scene. I would like to see what you guys think. I'm going for a more crazy look not like "everyone else" look. Just keep that in mind as you look at the pics. Thanks.

 

Nice! I like the subtle blue around the car. Have you noticed any condensation with the headlights? Watch out for the taillights though. We all know cops will nab anyone for anything.

 

Washed it so far and no condensation. I'll have pics soon. My f isn't a daily driver so it gets used maybe once to twice a week. Yeah I know ill get pulled over but I know sheriffs and chp so they will write the tickets off.

Do you have black pearl badges already on the back of your car? It looks like you removed some badges in that pic, but the big "L" looks darker than usual. If you are getting rid of those for blue let me know, I'd be interested.

Also, how did you paint your front grill surround and badge yourself? What color is that?

 

Now the dark ones are what I have on there now. He emblems I did myself using metalcast, and a large amount of clearcoat just not to much. I love the way the "l" turned out and may do the same to the other one. Right now the blue "l" is in front and is kind of a test to see if i want to do the same to the other "l" and rear emblems. The Grille shroud is also done in metalcast and clearcoat but also might re paint it blue to. I don't what do you guys think?

Also can't forget the WEDS in black in blue. Coming soon hopefully.

My whole car looks more subtle then yours. Love it tho and it just gave an inspiration that I won't be the only craziness paint scheme.
