I did see your post after I sent you the link, sorry about that. You did not mention what you have done for diag so far.
I would:
1: Stream the A/F sensors and rear O2 sensors to check there functionality
2: Check for exhaust leaks. (Plugging the exhaust with rags and soapy rags is a decent trick to help.)
3:Inspect the PCM connectors to see if they are seated and clipped in all the way since they where most likely removed to wire the simulator.
4: Check the wire taps that where done for the O2 simulator. (I prefer solider and heat shrink and would never use the taps that came in the kit)
5: Perform a continuity test between the PCM pins and the O2 sensor side of the O2 sensor extension harnesses.
6: Make sure the extension harnesses are securely routed and tucked up away form the elements as much a possible. ( I have heat sleeves over mine to avoid rubbing and routed them up high with a few zip ties to make sure they where not going to move. On the drivers side you can follow the Trans harness)
Also if I remember right P0607 can cause the PCM to go in to limp mode. That may have caused your bogging otherwise it may have been a poor A/F reading causing a rich/lean condition.
All connections are good and tight. There are 0 exhaust leaks.
I guess we will see of the code comes back or if it starts bogging down again
Guys I need help i just threw P0136 P0139 P0156 and P0159. What do you all think the cause is and i keep clearing the codes and they keep coming back.
It sounds like the O2 sensor extension is comprimised. Verify it is intact as well as all the leads inside are not damaged.

Okay I will do that. Also while I was checking for exhaust leaks while spraying the o2 sensor ports with soappy water it instantly threw a code. I had just cleared them before I did it and this time it can up with P0607 P0158 and P0138.
do you not think I have a bad sensor or do you think its just wiring?
Also it just started to get cold around here in VA.

its sounds like there may be some strain on the leads at the sensor that is pulling the watertight seals out enough to cause a problem. make sure there is enough strain releif that it will not pull them out of the sensor. You may need a new sensor at this point but you might also be able to resolve it with getting everything relieved and pushing in the little caps on the individual wires in again.

Thank and which sensors would I need. The air to fuel ratio sensor of the 02 sensor that's after the headers? Also do you think I need to get both sides or just one side?
Does one still need to add the O2 sensors if the high flow cat version is purchased? Is this version less prone to CELs?
If its installed right. You should have no problem with CEL. If your car is still new. So there should be no problem removing the original O2 sensor and move it to the new headers. You can buy an extra one. Just in case It strip. Mine came off ok. With 40k miles on my car.

i only have 2k miles on the ride. How long and difficult is the install.
I remember that on my old 4.2L S4 with auto tranny downpipe install was like 6 hours.
Any recommended installers in NJ? I've read that someone went to AFterFX in Stamford, CT (which is 45 minutes away from me), however a closer place for maintenance purposes would be better.
Well this guy seemed pretty confident.. but we will wait and see i guess.
meant to be the best ECU and aftermarket tuner in Austraila. so i will report back when i know something
Cheers guys
Are you talking about the Hitman? I don"t know his real name but about 10 years ago, this kid with an MR2 from a very wealthy family flew him into toronto to tune his car. Supposedly he paid for his accomodations and all. I remember being at the dyno with them and everybody else took advantage of this guy being in town.
