From my understanding there were no mechanical additions made to the power steering rack. They changed the parameters in the electronics.

 

If it is an electronic upgrade, wonder if that can be flashed to the older MYs ??

 

i wonder if it is an independent control module or part of the ECU.

 

i hope so.. it needs it..

 

Just replace the steering ECU. It's a separate unit.

 

And how much is this upgrade???

You beat me to the question... Yes, how much and how easy is this swap?

 

i wish a vendor can come up with a package deal including the ECU and suspension parts. i know aftermarket coilovers can be less expensive and offers similar results, but i would rather keep my car as OEM as possible.
