Some stats from the UK
I spoke with a nice lady at Lexus UK Customer Service. I asked her how many IS convertibles are in circulation in the UK. She came back with a figure of 800 or so. This is against a base of 30 million passenger cars on our roads.
Lexus UK are showing a total of 1,823 used vehicles for sale at their dealerships. Only 2 of these are IS-Cs. Each has covered around 50,000 miles and are up for sales at £15,000 (US $ 19,500). They will be fully checked-out and serviced and offered with one-year warranty.

Ryan, The table in your link is interesting. 29,400 sold in the US as overall production.
The models in the UK were 250 auto only with successive trim improvements. Given that only 800 are in circulation and taking account of a few write-offs and stolen not recovered (some at the end of their useful life not being a consideration) the total sold in the UK must have been less than 1000.
I can only think that Lexus anticipated more sales than this to have put the car through UK regulatory approval together with marketing costs, especially as it was not priced as a supercar.

I looked at 2 USB
one at South Bay
one at Santa Monica
wife woulsnt buy either of them . Hated the blue. I loved it
then again I was looking for something with 5,000 miles or so, which was hard to find. Matador was essentially only choice
I see a bunch when I go to Alpharetta, GA - mostly silver and black
