2014 Lexus IS350 C1406 Code
What was the brand of bearing used to replace it? Has the car had any other work done on that side for crash damage? If no, pay super close attention the mouse droppings as you might have a critter on board destroying stuff.
Do you still have the old wheel bearing? To absolutely rule it out and the replacement, you could temporarily connect it to the other side. If it was open/shorted internally, it would throw a new code. I doubt it will as it sounds like something between new wire and skid ECU is damaged.
Taking a WAG that these are powered 3 wire sensors. If yes, you need ground, 12 volts and data. Two of these you can verify with a DMM. The data line could be ohmed from side to side looking for differences in ground potential.
If two wire, then it gets a bit difficult as these can be shielded cables, and if they lose ground the input to the skid ecu sees noise.
Still, I would unplug both sides and use an ohm meter from ground to each pin and compare sides. Report back what you find.

Was this done by a dealer or Indi? You need someone with Toyota Techstream software to look at the skid control and ABS module using live data. They can also do system level checks too.
Have you looked on fleabay for the module? It would likely be a fraction the cost.

Their problem was either their repaired wire or the sensor itself, the ECU almost always isn't the problem.
