2015 is250 res issues
Hi all, I’m sorry if this was already discussed. I’m trying to set up remote start for my mom using the app. I downloaded the app, paid for the subscription, waited the 24 hours and when I try to start the car remotely from either the app or the key fob, the car goes to start and then stops. It’ll start to turn over and then nothing. The car starts fine normally, and there are no other issues, but it just won’t turn over with the remote start function. Any ideas?

So there's kind of sequence you need to do this in, I've activated and unactivated my service a few times already. So after you buy the subscription. Go into the car and press "SOS" and talk to the subscription person and ask if the car is activated on their end. There is also a code they send you that you have to enter into the phone to pair the vehicle.
