Lexus IS300h Mark Levinson Subwoofer Watt Specs
Hello there and greetings from Germany, I owned a 2017 Lexus IS300h with Mark Levinson System. I want to replace the factory sub with a Rockford Fosgate P300-12 active sub.
I just want to tap wires into the factory Sub connection to the Rockford Hi/low input .
You know how much output has the factor sub or the factory ml amplifier generally for each channel in the car?
I don't want to overload/overhead the hi/low input from the Rockford Fosgate P300-12.
Big thanks! Best wishes from Germany

Thank you Ruzifan,
Perhaps my English is not perfect but how can I "tap" into the connections (numbers) you mean.
I want to disable to factory sub and I plan to disamble the rear deck to pull of the connection from the factory sub and get the signal from the wire there.
But if I can "tab" (what ever it means) into the connection at the original amplifier and disable the factory sub there it would be easier.
Let me know what Todo :-)
Thank you

Anyway, i installed it like you said. Now I connect the sub with the connector, blue light an sub turn on for about 5 seconds and then there is no light, even when music plays. I try dc-off or music sense but nothing happens.
I check the wires, connections and fuses - it is all ok.
I also try to get 12v into remote, then the sub is on blue light all the time, but no sound.
What can I do?
EDIT: now it works, I accidentally swapped + and - on the audio source.
On the way to find the fault, i put ground directly to the battery, is it okay? Can I leave it there? The way is short to the batteries because the battery is in the trunk too.
Remote is now on music sense but when I close the car the blue light of the sub is on. Should the blue light turn off when I close the car?
Big thank you in advance!

remote wire u can also tap from the amp where u tap the sub if u want it to turn on and off with the car. But the way u have it is fine also. Amp won’t be on forever.
as for disabling the sub, you’re gonna have to get access to the factory sub which requires removal of panels. Then disconnect the wires from the factory sub there.
Thank you Ruzifan,
What speaks against leaving the ground connected to the battery? Isn't it the best "ground" in the car?
So where I can tap to get remote?
And when I leave it on music sense, should the sub turn off of immediately when ich close and lock the car?

I put the ground back to the chassi, everything works fine. I tuned it and it's fun.
But on music sense the blue light is on when the car is locked. But when I start the car and play music the sub starts to play a few seconds later, so I think music sense works.
Bit iam angry to leave the car locked with blue light on. Perhaps the battery drains and I cannot start the car. I don't know. Any suggestions?
OF the only solutions is to tap in the factory remote amp , where I can tap it?

It's now working for weeks, but the bass is more and more annoying. I connected the Rockford active subwoofer directly to the factory subwoofer output using the high-low input on the subwoofer.
Unfortunately I can only control the bass with the equalizer in car menu but I also reduce or increase the bass setting of the other original speakers.
The Rockford active subwoofer is set to 0 for gain and bass and even there the bass is too strong.
The equalizer is in the middle of the menu. I just want to have more bass in at all in the system but less bass with the connected Rockford atice subwoofer.
What can I do?
Thanks out very much in advance
