Demon Eyes
What's the install process and difficulty level? I strongly suspect this project would require removing the front bumper, which is fine, but I've never had good luck resealing headlight lenses.
But if I were to attempt this, which Demon Eyes would y'all recommend? I see three different kinds:
(1) LED strips you presumably wrap around the projector lens or inside the housing
(2) LED clips that mount on the housing with screws
(3) LEDs with no mounting hardware at all
If you are thinking of doing a retrofit for that, I recommend lightwerkz for more quality LED components. You wouldn't want to cheap out on those components and have to redo the process again if they burn out.
I think some would say you can reuse the sealant from the factory but it's safer to clean out the factory sealant and use new sealant just to ensure you have a sealed unit.

To me, that just screams to all "I'm a kid." i wouldn't do it. also it's a pretty serious offense to have red lights on the front of your car. then you'll be tearing back into your car all over again to correct the violation. all around just an extremely poor idea.

Always have been a bit iffy on these headlight modifications. They are stupid expensive and if something goes wrong, it'll be expensive to fix (headlight seal malfunction causing leakage into headlight). Also, as stated above, super illegal and I feel like it's a limited mod just because of that. It can be nice for a car show but no one really cares about an IS at a car show lol
You're not wrong, I've thought it myself a few times. I just like it because it's different. And if I do actually go through with it I'd go with an RGB kit so I could change the colors - ironically because I can't seem to find basic white, which I think would look less childlike while still being a little different. I love the swoosh design lights, but it just feels like it needs something to draw your eye up higher, which is where a soft white glow from the projectors would help balance it out (without going full on 1998 Honda Civic ricer trash). Just my opinion.
