I didn't find a thread which speak about replace the Lexus IS Grille base version by the version F-Sport.
I found a thread about replace all bumper with grille but not only the grille.

Is-it possible maybe it's not the same size?

 

I forgot which year got the face lift I think 2017+? That one you can do a grill swap since the bumpers are the same

From your pic, assuming you have a 2014-2016 IS, you have to get the F sport bumper (different dimensions), so no, not possible with those

 

Yes I have the 2014-2016 IS, ok th's a shame
