A bit of heat and some dental floss. Slowly go back and forth, pulling away from the paint to cut through the 3M tape and comes off pretty easy. Once you get the emblems off you can roll the leftover tape with your thumb. Use some cleaning wax, carnuba or whatever to remove the leftover residue. No abrasives required.

Don't use fishing line as you might leaves some paint marring.

Honest opinions on the tail light extention please 🙏. I wanted that LC vibe 😀. Used some leftover gloss black 3M wrap I had from my roof. If anyone's wondering why I switched the rims back to OEM, it's because I'm going for an alignment tomorrow and don't want them scrapping my matte bronze summer wheels.

Yeah I'll post a few Saturday or tomorrow, I need to wash her up and I'm going resurface my hubs and wheel backing that connects to the hub...amazon should be delivering my Hub Buddy tomorrow . Winters and road salt are bad here so there's some surface rust that I want to clean up before putting the summers on.

I also have rear bumper lips going on in few weeks, should be dope. I personally think it looks really mean from the back with the light decals, you'll see what I'm talking about when I put up pics. Hopefully I can get the wheels on so you can see with the flush fitment in the rear and the drop.

 

 

Is there anybody here with a 2021+ IS in white that lives in the Austin area with a black aftermarket trunk, wheels quad exhaust and I think I saw an aftermarket hood also in black. I happened to catch up to one in Round Rock today around 8:30pm I was behind in my IS 500 and caught up at a traffic light but they may not have noticed. I could not tell if it was a 300, 350, 500, etc.

Added rear sideskirts, I think they look dope. I'm just waiting for some wrap because the "paintjob" is garbage. I wasn't expecting much for 16$ universals off amazon but once they're wrapped they'll look🔥🔥, and they fit perfectly after a little cutting. The material is pretty good all things considered. Going to wrap them and the front skirt 3M gloss black like the roof and mudflaps.
