My 2021 IS 350 was sitting at about 17,500 miles, and I got $41,500 for the trade. I did have to negotiate to get that number. Thankfully, I didn't have to put anything else down, as the positive equity from the trade helped.
Damn. I gotta move to Georgia. Mine is a 2022 fully loaded with every factory option, with 13,000 miles and they told me $40,000 lol
^^ For what it's worth, I traded my 2021 IS 350 for the 2022 IS 500 and never looked back. I agree, the 500 is really the 350 DHP with a more potent engine but OMG is it ever a nice motor....You wouldn't have to worry about wanting to look fast with an IS 500, you'd be fast (lol)
Yup for sure. I might be doing it with the the same color scheme as my car but with enkeis. I might just swap my bbs onto the IS500 and grab my figs lower arm rear mounts.
I don't understand why dealerships in the US are giving garbage trade value on the vehicles that are known to have the best resale value on the market. I paid 47k CAD in August 2020 for my 2021 IS300 AWD FSport and the dealership called me in 2023 offering me 48k and I have about 22000km. They asked that I keep it "as is" though which equates to about 6000$ for rims/front skirt/exhaust/intake/ceramic coating/springs/roof wrap/etc that I spent but did all the work myself...I guess they have a buyer lined up. I'm not letting her go even if its for more power. Here's the before/after...same car.

Is the DHP on the 500 the same as the 350 and even when in Sport plus mode a little bit softer than the standard suspension?
It's the same as far as I know. But keep in mind, it is adaptive to the road surface and driving style. The S+ mode just gives you a little higher baseline damper setting, if you will.

It took me some time to adjust to the interior space coming from an RC350, although the interiors are nearly identical the RC is much roomier since the back seat is there just to say it sits 4 lol. Since I also have a 2021 Supra I figured a 4 door Lexus would be the best option for a daily and I wasn't wrong, I love this thing.

My real world nemesis lmao 🤣. I'm lowered on RSRs with the same lip but car is white. I went with Magnaflow exhaust but it's pretty much identical to the FSport one. You're rims are BOSS!..
