Has anyone have issues with the climate control not keeping the same temperature that it was last left on when you turn on your car?
Also the front defroster is not blowing air but it blows air from the front.
I just had my tires changed and everything was working fine before that, so Idk if they knocked something loose.
This happened to me once before and I changed the filter and it fixed it but this issue is different.
I have had this happen intermittently. It'll reset the temperature to 73. No idea what causes it. However, it usually would only happen every couple of months or so. I never seriously looked into it.
The front defroster thing sounds not-right... You're saying the defroster is not blowing air onto the windshield?

Yeah it’s not blowing air onto the windshield, it seems like something is blocking it or something cause you can hear the noise just no air. But when you switch the airflow to front facing it sounds like a pressure relief
Hmm I’m sorta having a similar issue right now. When I start my car up I get no hvac control. Only the media buttons work, and the heated wheel. But not the heated seat. After about two minutes the hvac screen turns on, then I have to hit a button for it to start. It always go to 22 degrees, full blast fan with ac on. It started this winter when it got below freezing. I thought the cold had something to do with it but it’s warming up now and it’s still doing the same thing.
do you ever hear weird noises coming from inside the dash?
You can try unplugging your battery for 10 minutes to do a reset to see if it fixes it. I was having a weird climate control issue too where my driver side vent was blowing hot air with the AC on while the rest of the vents in the car were blowing cool air. I unplugged the battery for 10 minutes and everything was back to normal after.
