Is it normal for the climate control to always default to recirc? When I put it on fresh air and then stop the car and turn it back on, it goes back to recirc. Also, is it normal for the climate control automatically switch from recirc to fresh when you crank the fan on full blast?

It's also normal function for the setting to be on foot only when you hit Auto, I believe. At least that's what my car does. I doubt these things change randomly.
