Default Keep DRL but turn off auto headlights?

Coming from the 2IS i kinda miss this feature. I was able to turn off headlights but keep the DRL on(I was still able to turn off DRL if i went through the special menu). Is this anyway possible to do with 3IS?

I think you just rotate the headlight stalk end. i believe one click down from auto
assuming you didn't disable drls through the infotainment

One click down from auto is "DRL off" I think.

You can set the sensitivity way down for when the auto headlights come on. Gibes you more time with DRLs before headlights come on. You may be able to turn off the auto headlight function entirely. I have not checked.

But I did notice you could turn off the 1 click down /up window function and other auto features, which gives me the idea there may be one for headlights.

But for whatever reason you might need to, can always turn on parking lights which is also the DRLs, and of course no headlights.

I'm almost certain I have seen this option to turn DRL off from the vehicle lights menu.

I use the parking lights mode for when i dont want my headlights on. Its 1 switch up from the auto selection on the stalk. Just leaves the DRL's on and throws on the tail lights for an added bonus

Lol I was driving today on my way home and I was remembering this thread and I thought to myself "he/she could just use the parking light mode to keep the DRLs on with the low beams off, but the taillights would be on" funny that you posted this.

You can absolutely just use the parking lights. It will keep the front DRL and rear taillights on without turning the headlights on.
