What is the latest firmware update for a 2014 Lexus IS350 with navigation in 2019? And if there a way to obtain the latest without going to see a Lexus Technology Expert?

I don’t know if I trust that site, it had an update for mine a while ago and now it doesn’t. What I do is get the dealer to update everything when I take it in for an oil change, just say it’s been glitching.

Thank you for posting these pics. What year and model is yours? Called Lexus of Winter park and they stated no updates.🤔

I have a 2014 IS250 F-sport, it’s the same model and hard number.
when you take it to the dealer, you have to say it’s glitching, they won’t bother any other way. The only thing they offered to update was the GPS.

It’s been a while since they updated mine so version 17 might be available for 2014 or it might not, what’s your model and hard number in the same screen?

How did you get your OS to be 16.8700 because my OS is 12.8050 I am also having issues with my screen not booting up when I start the car. Sometimes the Lexus Enform Logo would get stuck in a loop and would never work, or would just be a black screen. On rare occasions, the display/screen and audio would work perfectly fine. I am not sure if you had this same problem?

The issues you mention are unfortunately very common for 2014 vehicles.
There are several threads that cover every issue you mentioned.
Ultimately replacing the radio will fix the issue...the firmware update resolving it is a long shot at best.

You can try disconnecting the car battery for 30 minutes and reconnecting it.
If you are left with just a black screen after, then the radio is toast...because it was already on it's way out.

Awesome, thank you for the quick response. Do you know the price ranges for these head units or radio? And would I just have to go to a Lexus dealership for this, or is there another place I can possibly get it for cheaper?

First you need to determine which radio you have...there are several versions and some are interchangeable.
If you look at the face of the radio, at the bottom left corner you will see the letter "P" followed by 5 digits...example P10443...this is referred to as the Faceplate ID number.

Dealers will get refurbs from the manufacturer, which are usually pretty pricey.
You can search eBay using the Faceplate ID number as your search criteria. You may find a used one for a lot less.
The price of the radio varies depending on the exact one you have.
