Default Engine Noise IS 350 - (Video)

Please check the video, the noise is NOT the ticking sound at the beginning (I guess that’s normal, no?), the noise that I’m talking about comes right after the first Rev, and goes away after the second Rev.. It’s like a loud grinding noise, like something is getting loose or something not properly lubricated..

I can replicate it every time by revving up the engine and letting go of the throttle, the noise keeps on happening until I rev the engine again..

any ideas?

Sounds like something that is turning with the serpentine belt.
Based on the type of noise, I would check the belt tensioner first...sounds like it's lost it's tensioning ability and just flapping when you rev it.
