Default IS 200t

Getting ready to buy a 2016 certified with 45k miles for $21k.
Is this a good price?
Anything I should know about this car? Coming from an IS 350

Yes. It's slow. but still fun.

you also may have to regularly replace the boost regulator. Particularly out of warranty. $200 for the part.

Other than that, literally every single other part is identical to the 350 of the same year. just the lump up front is different (along with associated systems)

There is differences in the suspension for the F Sport between the two models also.

yeah we all know avs is an option

i wrote a thread on the differences between models, down to parts nobody on this forums ever heard of or known to speak of.

Yup! Its also one of the few parts that wasn't manufactured by Toyota.

What happened to the car when the boost regulator failed? What does the boost regulator do? I googled and it has to do with the DC power. I read it but still didn't understand the article.
