These are the things I wanna get done on my car, they are all pricey. Just wanna get people’s opinions on what should be prioritized.

Wilwood Brake Set
Rims & Tires
Radar Detector
Laser Jammer
Tint Windows
Wrap Car
Ark Wide Body Kit

Are you already lowered? I wouldnt go wide on a factpry height car. Air suspension would ne ideal.

Radar + Lasar
Tint
Rim/Tires
Brakes
Headers
Wrap + Wide Body Kit (you should probably lower your car like TOPENDMS said)

are you going for performance or looks?

i don't get why you want to upgrade headers and everything else is looks in your list. If you're going for looks then i would suggest the following in this order

coilovers / springs
wheels
tint
body kit
wrap

Echoing off of what Chinox22x said - What matters more, your opinion or theirs?
Given the fact that it's your car and you should be the one knowing what you want out of it, it seems like a pretty open-ended question.

tint
radar detector
laser jammer
wrap car
lower
ppe headers
wide body + wheels and tires
bbk

that's the order I'd do it in. With a wide body, youd have to either get new wheels again or use spacers which I dont agree with. Get a set of wheels that'll look sick under the wide body without use of spacers. Can give you a really nice dish or concave look that way depending on what you like

Depends if you want to go for looks or performance.

Contact us for pricing on all those parts! (Except radar and wrap/tint)

If yours is IS250 I don’t think radar detector is necessary.
