Default Scratch on Door Panel

Hello Everyone,

Quick question. Last night i had a passenger and he accidentally scratched my door panel on the inside of my car with the face of his watch, not sure how it happened. Is there any household product I can use to sort of blend in the blemish? or can i purchase a product to fix it somehow?

An interior dash "back to black" sort of product will get it back to normal

Scratchwizard seems to do what you need.

I forgot to mention that it's not on the hard plastic on the bottom of the panel, but on the soft touch panel on top of the panel.
